Here at Wash Tech we always strive to provide a first class service but in the event that a customer is at all dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage them to get in touch.

I had arranged for someone to come out on Monday morning. I rang the office at 9am on the day because I had to go to a meeting so I needed them to come out in the afternoon instead but they told me that they had no availability that afternoon at such short notice. As such I had to re-arrange to have my washing machine fixed the following morning which meant I couldn’t wash my sons uniform and he had to wear it to school two days in a row.

We’re sorry that we were unable to facilitate the original appointment change you requested. We appreciate that our clients have busy lives and we always try and accommodate their requirements as much as possible but given that that the appointment was cancelled only a short while before the visit was due, we had no engineers available to see you that afternoon. We are glad that we were able to fix your washing machine the following day and we would like you to accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
